What types of glass fencing do you offer?
We specialise in fully frameless glass pool fencing and semi-frameless glass pool fencing. Both options are made from toughened safety glass that meets Australian Standards. We also design and install glass balustrades, glass staircase balustrades, frameless shower screens, splashbacks, and custom architectural glass for residential and commercial projects.
Is glass pool fencing safe?
Absolutely. All our glass panels are made from toughened safety glass that is incredibly strong and impact-resistant. Our pool fencing installations comply with all Queensland pool safety regulations, ensuring a secure barrier that helps keep children and pets safe.
How do I maintain glass fencing or balustrades?
Glass fencing is surprisingly low-maintenance. A quick wash with warm soapy water and a rinse with clean water will keep it looking pristine. Are glass pool fences fragile? If they break, are any fragments sharp and dangerous?
Glass panels are made from toughened safety glass with a thickness of between 10mm to 12mm. This glass is very difficult to break. However, if it does break, it fragments into small pieces without sharp edges.
In Australia, glass pool fences, and the people who install them, have to comply with strict safety regulations.
Any new pool fence must be inspected by an independent pool safety inspector before a pool safety certificate can be issued.
It’s important to remember though, that safety is also the responsibility of all pool users. Pool owners should keep any items on which children could climb (for example, furniture, pots, tree branches) well away from the pool fence.
Gates should also be closed at all times. Contact us if your pool fence gate, particularly its hinges or latches, require servicing.
Is glass pool fencing a luxury item?
